We offer a unique pricing structure to the Channel Islands Management Market


Our pricing is based upon the estimated amount of hours annually to look after and manage your property to the highest standards, we are Professional, Honest and will ensure that your investment is always maintained and revenue maximised so our fee will give you great value for money.


For corporate clients with portfolios to be managed we do offer a percentage based fee, usually sub 5.5% and for our Block management clients our great rates and fixed fees mean you can often save hundreds if not thousands of pounds on your management fees!

Fees Explained

We keep our fees simple, the more time we spend managing a property the more we charge, however at the outset we will discuss your individual property, its requirements and your needs and arrive at a fixed monthly payment which will be fixed for 12 months, regardless of whether we spend more time at your property than initially forecast


1 - 2 Bedroom Apartments            from                  £75 per month


1 - 2 Bedroom Houses                   from                  £85 per month


3 - 3+ Bedroom Apartments          from                  £100 per month


3 - 3+ Bedroom Houses                 from                  £120 per month


Portfolio management and block fees by request, still based upon time and effort and still market leading rates!

We estimate the annual time required by considering the following factors:-


  • Type of property
  • Year of construction
  • Surface area or number of bedrooms
  • Location of property
  • Furnishings
  • Condition
  • Lease required?
  • Home manual and ease of its production
